Monitor and alert
A monitor watches a topic on a schedule. Each check looks for a spike, a turn to the negative, and accounts working together (a coordinated campaign), and raises an alert with the accounts and the evidence behind it. Research looks into a topic once.
Themes and trends
What people say is grouped into themes, explained in plain words. Trends follows what’s rising in your market and matches it to your own catalog.
Catalog
What your organisation sells, products and services, described once. Posts, campaigns, offers and forecasts use it.
Brand kit
The logo, colours, fonts and voice every render and every AI draft uses, and the rules that keep content on brand. Arabic is set as real text over the image, not drawn by the image generator.
Content and assets
Content holds posts, stories and videos: each channel’s copy, image and render in one place, written by hand or with AI. Assets holds uploads, AI-made images and renders, searchable by name or tag.
Approval flow
The steps every piece of content passes before it can be published. At each step it is approved, rejected or sent back with a note. External reviewers decide from a link, without an account.
Publishing accounts and the queue
Publishing accounts are your organisation’s own pages and accounts, connected to publish approved content. They’re not the accounts that read public posts for listening. The Publish queue holds every post scheduled from approved content; a post counts as published only once the platform confirms it, and its results are read back.
Campaigns and contests
A marketing campaign plans a launch, an offer, a contest or a season: AI proposes the posts, people approve them, and the results come back. A contest has rules, entries from comments or a form, a fair draw anyone can re-check, and winners who are told.
Leads and offers
Leads are people and companies who asked in public for what you sell, or match your ideal customer, found in the posts and pages you already track, scored, with the evidence. Offers go out only once approved, and opt-outs are honoured.
Forecasts and proposals
Demand forecasts give the expected demand for each catalog item, with a range and the reasons, from your sales history, the season and trends. Product proposals suggest what to make next, from what customers say, what competitors do and where demand is heading.
