Privacy policy
Draft: this document hasn't been reviewed by counsel yet. It describes how Velnor works today, and it may change before it's final.
What we collect
Only what running the service needs:
- your account: your name, email address and organisation;
- what you and your team put into Velnor, and what it captures from the channels you connect;
- your network address when you sign in, to limit attempts and keep your account safe;
- your device's push token, if you turn on notifications in the app.
How we use it
To run the service, to keep it secure, and to write to you about your account. We don't sell your data, and we don't show you ads.
AI
Most AI tasks run on models on our own servers. Some are sent to a hosted model provider, listed among the subprocessors, only to do the task you asked for. We don't use your data to train models.

Who processes it
Only the subprocessors on our published list, each for one job. We tell you before we add one.

How long we keep it
For as long as your organisation exists. Deleting it, on request at [email protected], removes its data from the service, and the backups that held it expire within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we answer within 30 days.
Cookies
This website sets none. The panel keeps you signed in with one cookie, listed with the rest of what it stores in your browser.

Children
Velnor is for organisations and isn't meant for anyone under 16.
