Terms of service
Draft: this document hasn't been reviewed by counsel yet. It describes how Velnor works today, and it may change before it's final.
The service
These terms cover your use of Velnor: its panel, its apps and this website. By creating an account, you accept them for yourself and for the organisation you create or join.
Your account and organisation
Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account, and an organisation's owners for what its members do in it.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew each billing period until you cancel. We remind you before each renewal, and you can cancel from the app; the plan then ends at the close of the period you paid for.

Your data
What you bring to Velnor stays yours. We process it only to run the service for you, as the privacy policy and the data processing agreement describe.

Acceptable use
Use Velnor within the law and within the acceptable use policy. We may suspend an account that breaks it, and we tell you why.

AI output
Some features draft, summarise or classify with AI models. Their output can be wrong: check it before you publish or send it. Velnor never publishes what nobody approved where a feature asks for approval.
Availability
We work to keep Velnor running. What we commit to is in the service levels.

Ending
You can ask us at [email protected] to delete your organisation at any time, which removes its data from the service. We may end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after telling you, unless the law or someone's safety needs it sooner.
Liability
The limits of each side's liability are set in the final version of these terms, after counsel's review.
Changes and contact
We tell you before these terms change in a way that affects you. Questions: [email protected].
