Service levels
Draft: this document hasn't been reviewed by counsel yet. It describes how Velnor works today, and it may change before it's final.
During early access
Velnor is opening a few teams at a time. Until paid plans open, it comes with no availability commitment and no service credits.
With paid plans
Before paid plans open, this page will set out the availability we commit to, how it's measured, what doesn't count against it, and the credit you get if we miss it.
