Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling
Cancel from the app at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and isn't charged again. We remind you before each renewal.
Refunds
A period you've started isn't refunded, unless we failed to provide the service or the law where you are gives you the right. Ask at [email protected].
Your data
Cancelling a plan doesn't delete your data. Deleting your organisation, on request at [email protected], does.
